The founders of the society were Vulf Strashun, Aron Silman, Nachman Pertzikovich, Morduch Adelson, Yosif Kagan and Zelig Sheifer. The first society management, which was elected 1927, was composed of the presiden, V. Strashun; vice-president, Motel Adelson; and treasurer, N. Pertzikovich.On December 25th, 1937, the society management was composed of the president, trader, Motel Adelson (his position started in 1930); the cashier, trader, Moshe Shat (in that position since 1935); secretary, Eta, daughter of Ilizonski (since 1936); management member, worker, Lipe Kagan (since 1930); management member, shoemaker, Chaim Tkach (since 1935). The society had violated its own regulations by giving loans not only to Jews, but also to 14 Lithuanians. In 1926, the society had 155 members; in 1929 and 1932, 170 ; in 1936, 1937 and 1938 the society had 235 members. The Minister of the Interior closed the society on August 20, 1940.
