The initiators of the creation of the Society were the employee Sheyer Kaluzner; the movie theatre owner, Yankel Gurvich; student, Meyer Shchupak; butcher, Meyer Strashun; coach driver, Zelman Zas; electrician., Leyser Gans; and accountant, Rubin Rom. During a membership meeting, a slate of seven section managers was elected: Meyer Shchupak, chairman; Yankel Gurvich; Rubin Rom, vice chairman; Leyser Gans, secretary; Zelman Zas; Benjamin Don and Samuel Budovich. In 1928, the section had 22 registered members - 12 adults and 10 juveniles who had permission from their parents. That year, the management of the society was composed of chairman, M. Shchupak; and members, L. Yofe, A. Don, M. Muller and Ms.. L. Epshtein. On december 31, 1931, the section had 20 Jews (17 men and 3 women). The section was closeed November 23, 1932.
