Elected to the first management of the section were Chaim Segalovski, chairmanö Meilach Epshtein, manager; and Benjamin Konvyz, secretary. The society headquarters was located in the Kaišiadorys rabbi`s home. According to society`s records from December 31, 1931, the section had eleven members (ten men and one woman); that year there was a general membership meeting. In 1937, the meaning of the name of the society was changed to "Society for the Support of the Palestine Jewish Funds - The Palestinian Fund Foundation and the Jewish National Fund." The management of the Kaišiadorys section was composed of the chairman, Elias Yudelevich; vice-chairman, Sholom Margolis; representative, Leyser Gans, secretary Berek Berzak; and managemnt member, Mrs. Riva Zagorin. On December 14, 1938, the list of elected managers did not include LeyserGans, but two members appeared - Shimel Margolis and Mrs. Rachel Yofe. both were in business.
